James Gardner is BSC's Accounting Manager and government accounting standards compliance officer. Jim has worked as a bookkeeper, an office manager, and has set-up computer networks. He is an expert in telecommunications, at contract organization, and he has helped with mergers, marketing campaigns, store operations, and more. He has been a past VP of Operations at a high-speed scanning company as well as written the code that still runs those scanners today.
